The Role

We're extending an invitation to a Business Development, Marketing, and Sales Specialist. This position calls for a skilled professional who can identify growth opportunities, expand our customer base, and enhance our visibility in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and seize strategic business development opportunities in the data labeling and AI industry.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute marketing strategies to increase Rapidata's visibility.
  • Build and sustain industry connections, particularly in the US market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize marketing, sales, and business development efforts.
  • Generate regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to exchange ideas, updates, and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Sales, preferably in the data labeling or AI industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A proactive attitude with the willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks.
  • Existing industry contacts, particularly in the US, would be highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of AI and data annotation.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making.

Nice-to-Have

  • Ability to work in-person in Zürich.
