You will join a small team of engineers working on short prototype and testing cycles to create the smoothest and most efficient interfaces for both our users and customers. What we are looking for

We seek a talented and experienced UX/UI designer to help build up our platform from the ground up. Your tasks will be rather flexible as you will be part of a small team but will include: drive the ideation and validation of product increments in short testing cycles help with the development and launch of features develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience. Our system inherently allows for quick and effective A/B testing. communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems

Requirements

You should apply if you…

  • have experience as UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • are eager to learn and willing to take ownership.
  • are fluent in using design tools and/or are able to directly implement designs (e.g. Figma).
  • have excellent organizational & collaboration skills.
  • have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • have the ability to turn complex topics and technical processes into stunning user experiences.
  • have experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

It is not necessary but a plus if you…

  • are able to work in-person in Zürich. This is considered a major advantage.
  • have basic knowledge or understanding of AI.
  • have some development experience in any or all layers of the web design stack.
  • have a portfolio of previous work.
